How to Request Deletion

You can delete your account directly in the iOS app from Settings. For security, the app may require a recent sign-in before deletion is completed.

If you cannot access the app, you can also open the support form from the email linked to your account and start your message with: REAPERR Account Deletion Request.

What to Include

  • Your REAPERR username.
  • Account email address.
  • Optional reason for deletion (helps us improve but not required).

What Gets Deleted

  • Account profile and authentication data.
  • Challenge activity, reflections, uploaded reflection photos, and related profile data linked to your account.
  • Notification token records associated with your account.
  • Other account-linked content, except where retention is legally required or technically necessary for safety, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or platform integrity.

Retention Exceptions

Limited records may be retained for legal obligations, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, and enforcement of terms.

Processing Time

In-app deletion starts immediately after confirmation, but some backend cleanup may take additional time. We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. We may request additional information to verify account ownership and prevent unauthorized deletion.

Subscriptions

Deleting your REAPERR account does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription. Subscriptions must be managed separately through your Apple account settings.
