1. Acceptance of Terms
By using REAPERR, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or older where required by local law) to use REAPERR. If you are under the legal age of majority, you must have parent or guardian permission.
3. Accounts and Security
- You are responsible for activity on your account and for maintaining account credentials.
- You agree to provide accurate account information and keep it updated.
- You may sign in using supported providers such as email, Apple, or Google, and those providers may also apply their own terms.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use REAPERR to:
- Harass, threaten, exploit, or impersonate other people.
- Post illegal, infringing, hateful, explicit, or otherwise abusive content.
- Attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer, or disrupt service integrity.
- Collect data about other users without permission.

5. User Content and Social Features
You retain ownership of content you create. You grant REAPERR a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, display, and distribute that content solely to operate and improve the service.
You are solely responsible for your content and interactions. You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload photos, audio, challenge content, and other material you share. We may review, remove, or restrict content or accounts that violate rules, create safety risks, or generate repeated abuse reports.
Some content and profile information may be visible to other users through public profiles, groups, chats, and other community features.
6. Health and Fitness Disclaimer
REAPERR provides informational and motivational tools only and is not medical advice. Consult qualified professionals before beginning or changing health, fitness, or mental wellness routines.
Any challenge verification that uses Apple Health, device activity, or user-submitted content is provided for convenience and may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate.
7. Purchases and Subscriptions
Paid features, pricing, billing periods, and any free-trial terms will be shown in-app before purchase. App Store subscriptions may auto-renew unless canceled through your Apple account under Apple's billing rules. Apple App Store purchases, billing, cancellations, and refunds are managed by Apple and follow App Store terms.
Referral or promotional offers may have separate eligibility requirements and may be changed, limited, or revoked in cases of abuse, fraud, or misuse.
8. Intellectual Property
REAPERR and related branding, software, and content are protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly allowed, you may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works.
9. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, security risks, or legal compliance reasons.
10. Disclaimers and Liability Limits
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, REAPERR is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
You are responsible for how you participate in challenges, workouts, and community activity, including any injuries, losses, or disputes that result from your own actions or interactions with others.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable law in your operating jurisdiction unless mandatory local law requires otherwise.
12. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
